08 Nov What are the highest paying environmental jobs?
The highest paying environmental jobs are energy managers, landscape architects and environmental layers.
Environmental lawyers help clients with environmental concerns, such as:
- Air and water pollution.
- Waste management.
- Waste recycling.
These lawyers are the people you call when looking to get a permit for your new construction project.
Landscape architects design parks and gardens, from the overall layout of a park to the placement of individual trees. They also work with clients to create custom-made designs, using their expertise in design and their knowledge of local regulations and zoning laws.
Energy managers may have college degrees in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. But when it comes to environmental jobs, employers will go for candidates with the following abilities:
- Understanding how electricity works.
- Figure out how much energy an appliance uses.
- Knowing how to fix things when they break.
